Why use Centric Networks?

• We offer SLA meaning guaranteed response and guaranteed resource. If a client were to take an individual contractor they have no back up or support should that contractor fall ill.

As the client will be buying the resource from an accredited company (Microsoft, Cisco, Checkpoint etc) our staff have greater access to manufacturer resource and support than individual contractors. In addition all of our technical staff are part of a team capable of assisting each other should this be required. Effectively by contracting through Centric Networks you can call on the knowledge, expertise and experience of a company rather than an individual.
  
• Our staff has to undergo the latest manufacturer training course in order for us to keep our accreditations. A client can then be sure that our staff understand the latest products on the marketplace and are not solely qualified in obsolete versions
  
• 24x7 support if required – this is not available from individual contractors
  
• Flexible contract designed to plug the holes in their current support operation by placing the correct skills at a clients disposal when they are required.
