Lifecycle Methodology

Our aim at Centric Networks is to assist our clients through 3 steps targeted at highlighting business issues and potential areas for cost reduction. We then work together to develop a solution which can be implemented and fully supported:

• Firstly we set a realistic expectation of practical business improvement and cost savings that will be achieved through the implementation of technologies built to replace existing business process. This results in the design and development of a practical implementation plan.
• Secondly we work, together with our client, to deploy the solution infrastructure and management practices through our Prince-2 based project methodology.
• Finally we ensure that a reliable and robust management infrastructure is in place to guarantee the solution’s continued success.
